25. 23-1158 Recommendation to increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department by $566 ,000, offset by grant funds received from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans ) Active Transportation Program (ATP), for the plans , specifications , and estimates phase of the Orange Avenue Backbone Bikeway and Complete Streets project; and
Increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund Group in the Public Works Department by $566 ,000 , offset by a transfer of grants funds from the CafTrans ATP from Capital Grant Fund. (Districts 1,2,6,7,8,9) Office or Department: PUBLIC WORKS
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation .
