At 3:07 PM, Mayor Richardson called the meeting to order.

1. 24-52536 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation on the City’s Fiscal Outlook and FY 25 Proposed Budget Development Update.
A motion was made by Councilwoman Kerr, seconded by Councilmember Ricks-Oddie, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
