1. 24-53007 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee meeting of Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Ricks-Oddie, seconded by Member Zendejas, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:

2. 24-53008 Recommendation to approve and refer back to City Council for consideration and approval, the naming of the Third Floor Development to Congressman Alan Lowenthal Global Trade and Education Center at the Port Administration Building, a process which is in accordance with City of Long Beach Administrative Regulation AR 8-7, Policy and Procedures for the Naming of City-owned Land, Buildings, and Facilities.
A motion was made by Member Zendejas, seconded by Vice Chair Ricks- Oddie, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
