1. 24-54397 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee meeting of Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 24-54398 Recommendation to receive and file a staff presentation on Report on Proposed Legislation Related to Retail Theft, Drug Use, and “Smash and Grab” Crimes, gather input from the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, and forward the Committee’s recommendations to City Council for approval.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 24-54399 Recommendation to receive and file a staff presentation on Proposition 4, “The Safe Drinking Water, Wildfire Prevention, Drought Preparedness, and Clean Air Bond Act of 2024”, gather input from the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, and forward the Committee’s recommendations to City Council for approval.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
