At 3:36 PM, Vice Mayor Uranga called the meeting to order.

HEARING
1. 25-54515 Recommendation to receive supporting documentation into the record; receive public comment pursuant to Articles XIIIC and XIIID of the California Constitution (Proposition 218); direct City Clerk to tabulate the written protests and report the results of the tabulation to the Mayor and City Council during the March 11, 2025, hearing; and, if a “majority protest” is not established, conclude the public hearing and adopt resolution establishing Solid Waste Service Rates under a two-step rate adjustment. (Citywide)

A motion was made by Councilmember Ricks-Oddie, seconded by Councilwoman Thrash-Ntuk, to approve recommendation and adopt Resolution No. RES-25-0038. The motion carried by the following vote:
