At 3:52 PM, Mayor Richardson called the meeting to order.

1. 26-54770 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation on the pre-development of the City of Long Beach’s FY 27 Annual Budget.
A motion was made by Councilman Supernaw, seconded by Vice Mayor Uranga, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
