Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
2. 26-55155 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Long Beach Community Land Trust regarding the operational framework of Community Land Trusts, including their role in preserving affordable housing stock, and potential collaborative opportunities within the City.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
3. 26-55156 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Community Development Department providing an update on ongoing community outreach related to the City’s Just Cause policy framework considerations.
Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
