1. 26-55154 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Housing and Public Health Committee meeting of Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
A motion was made by Member Ricks-Oddie, seconded by Chair Thrash-Ntuk, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:

2. 26-55155 Recommendation to receive and file a presentation from the Long Beach Community Land Trust regarding the operational framework of Community Land Trusts, including their role in preserving affordable housing stock, and potential collaborative opportunities within the City.
