1. 26-55427 Recommendation to approve the minutes for the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee meeting of Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
A motion was made by Member Zendejas, seconded by Chair Duggan, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:

Absent: 1 Ricks-Oddie
2. 26-55428 Recommendation to receive Charter Commission appointments and reappointments pursuant to Section 509 of the City Charter and Section 2.03.065 of the Long Beach Municipal Code, and forward this item to the City Council for approval.
A motion was made by Member Zendejas, seconded by Chair Duggan, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:
