Request to Add Agenda Item to Council Agenda of September 22,2026
Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.03.070 [B], the City Councilmembers signing below request that the attached agenda item (due in the City Clerk Department by Friday, 12:00 Noon) be placed on the City Council agenda under New Business via the supplemental agenda.
The agenda title/recommendation for this item reads as follows:
Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute Amendment Number Two to the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Los Angeles through its Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk, and the City of Long Beach for online access to the County of Los Angeles Voter Registration Election Management System (EMS), extending the term of the Agreement for a second two-year period from October 7, 2026 through October 6, 2028.
