RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation to authorize the City Manager office to execute an agreement for legal services with the firm Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Rudd, & Romo for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional one-year period, for a total contract amount not to exceed $300,000, related to employee disciplinary appeal hearings.
