Statement of Opera ons
The Bamboo Club will operate as a full-service restaurant and cocktail lounge. The primary focus of the business will be the prepara on and service of food, with alcoholic beverages served as an accessory use to meals.
The establishment will o er table service and bar service in a controlled indoor environment.
Alcohol service will be conducted in compliance with all ABC regula ons. The business will operate under a bona de ea ng place model, maintaining a full kitchen and o ering food service during all hours alcohol is served.
Security and opera onal policies will be implemented to minimize impacts to surrounding proper es, including sta training, responsible alcohol service, and monitoring of noise levels.
No changes to the exis ng oor plan, occupancy load, or approved use are proposed as part of this ownership transfer.
