Town Manager Sean Rabé spoke on the following items:
• Status update on the Costco project
• The Wave Park project that had shown interest in building in our area has stated that they are no longer interested in building in Loomis
• Status update on the Hidden Grove project
• Downtown Baskets and Banners project
LOOMIS LIBRARY AND COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER LIBRARIAN’S REPORT Community Library Director Sarah spoke on the holiday hours and the programs available at the library. To view the calendar, click on the following link

LOOMIS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UPDATE
The Joint Chamber event for this past quarter was held in Auburn this month. IT was a good event with powerful speakers. The Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Downtown Loomis Appreciation event on January 12, 2023, at 8am. This will be held at High Hand Café, and Downtown business owners and property owners will be invited PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA:
Dave Dalli- Delmar Ave: Restated again that he would like the Council to consider closing Delmar to through traffic OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT ON CONSENT CALENDAR: None
