MATTERS OF INTEREST TO COUNCILMEMBERS:
Mayor Youngblood asked that staff bring forward an item to Council recognizing Paul Yokote Councilmember Ring discussed the New Welcome sign at Taylor and Sierra College and asked about doing artwork of some type on the back side of the sign.
Councilmember Knisley asked about the Summer Swim Program Councilmember Cartwright asked that the Town Council start time be brought back to the Council for discussion.
Mayor Youngblood asked that public comment other than in person be brought back to the Council for discussion.
Councilmember Cortez asked that the Tax Protection Act be brought back to council for discussion.

Town Manager Wes Heathcock highlighted the following item on the Town Mpnager report • Finance department staffing and budget status
• Replacement for retiring Town Engineer Merrill Buck
• Costco Grand Opening
• Update on LAFCO draft workplan and sphere of Influence update for the Town of Loomis • Recology Rate Increase
