Councilmember Ring stated that none of the committees that he represents the Town for, are interested in changing the time of the meetings.
Councilmember Cortez spoke on the $1,000,000.00 Federal grant approved to the Town of Loomis for the HSB Interchange project.
Mayor Clark-Crets read a letter from The members of the Downtown Loomis Business community withdrawing their support of the Entertainment Zone.

TOWN MANAGER REPORT: Interim Town Manager Dirk Brazil spoke on the I80 Interchange grant approved for the Town. He also spoke on changing the Format of the Town of Loomis Economic Development Committee. The meetings will be on a hiatus for a few months while the new format is established.

4. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION approving the Town of Loomis appointments to the SCORE Board of Directors.
5. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION accepting the General Plan 2025 Annual Progress Report
6. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION approving and authorizing the execution of the Fiscal year 2025-2026 Local Transportation Fund and State Transit Assistance Fund claims to Placer County Transportation Planning Agency
7. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION authorizing the contract Amendment #2 for on-call professional services R3 Consulting Group for SB 1383 Regulatory Compliance and Solid Waste Program Management Services in the Amendment #1 amount of $245,000 to a revised total of $372,500.
8. A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Loomis APPROVE RESOLUTION A. Approving the plans and specifications for the STBG Pavement Rehabilitation Project; and
B. Appropriating $132,000 of additional project budget from the General Fund.
C. Authorizing the expenditure of a construction and construction support budget with contingencies in the amount of $835,000; and D. Authorizing the Town Manager to execute a construction contract with Central Valley Engineering & Asphalt, Inc. of Roseville, California.
