SPECIAL MEETING— February 28, 2022
1. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council met in Adjourned Regular Session at 5: 37 p. m., Monday, February 28, 2022, in the Council Chamber located at 3191 Katella Ave., Los Alamitos, CA 90720, Mayor Hasselbrink presiding. As a result of the State of Emergency in California due to the threat of COVID- 19 and pursuant to Governor Newsom Executive Order N- 25- 20 issued on March 12, 2020, Council Member Chirco participated via teleconference.

3. SPECIAL ORDER OF THE DAY
A. Interview and Appointments for City Commissions City Clerk) This report provides relevant information by which the City Council may interview and appoint members to City Commissions.
Mayor Hasselbrink advised Applicant John Riley had withdrawn his application for consideration and Planning Commission incumbent applicants would be considered without an interview. The City Council interviewed applicant Davis Zellmer via teleconference.
Motion/Second: Bates/Chirco
Unanimously Carried: The City Council: Appointed Davis Zellmer to the Planning Commission with a term expiring December 2024.
