Below are the questions and responses we received for tonight’s warrants.
HARRIS & ASSOCIATES INC LAMPSON PEER REVIEW 32,387.50_ What is this for and cover? Will it be recurring or a one-time cost?
This represents progress billing for consulting services in connection with the ongoing Lampson Project and covers invoicing for November 26 to December 31, 2023.
DOBY & GUEST LAEF ROYAL GA GENERAL FUND CITY COUNCIL
170.00 Where is the reimbursement to the city for this ticket? A refund has not been processed as of February. Typically, refunds will appear in a subsequent period (month). Only credit card refunds will show on the warrant requests.
Reimbursement to the City will not appear on the warrant request; however, backup documentation is available in the City Clerk’s Office and Finance Department.
DOBY GUEST AMERICANA ANNUAL GENERAL FUND CITY COUNCIL
300.00 Where is the reimbursement to the city for this ticket? Same answer as above.
WILLDAN ENGINEERING INTERIM PW MANAGER CITY ENGINEER
19,875.00_ Is this cost for the year? If not, what amount time does this payment cover? This represents the monthly cost for the Interim PW Manager and covers the period of November 2023.
The Townsend amounts, are those for the year, per grant, per quarter? When can we expect an update on their value add to date?
Townsend is paid monthly. An update on grants submitted can be provided, but have not heard if we are receiving just yet. Hopefully, by Fall.
1. What is Colorado Family Support Registry (pg. 2 & 9)? Is a wage garnishment for child support. Money is taken out biweekly from the employee paycheck and sent to Colorado Family Support Registry.
2. What facilities are we renting from Facilitron (pg. 3)? This is a Dept. of Recreation warrant for facility fees for adult soccer and youth volleyball; at Oak Middle School, McAuliffe Middle School, and Weaver, Los Alamitos Elementary schools.
3. What is Integrity Newspaper (p.4)?
If this is News Enterprise, please find out their published circulation numbers. This is Integrity Newspaper DBA: Event News Enterprise. I will ask Community Development if they can get their published circulation numbers.
Carrier Row has yet to receive the paper since COVID-19.
4. Is the claim settlement for Liberty Mutual Insurance for a worker's comp claim? (p.10)? This claim settlement is for property damage from an incident in April 2023. The Administrative Aervices Manager can provide additional non-confidential information upon request.
