ACCELERATED WARRANT QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES
Hasselbrink’s Requests
1. What is the Hasselbrink CDLS Training for $150? CA Defense Leadership Summit (5/15/24-5/16/24)
2. Are we expecting a reimbursement/refund for Hibard's Casa ticket for $350 since she did not attend? There is no policy for reimbursement. It will be included in the upcoming Council Handbook when adopted by City Council.
3. Are we expecting a reimbursement/refund for Hibard's ACC-OC Leadership Summit for $120 since she did not attend? There is no policy for reimbursement.
It will be included in the upcoming Council Handbook when adopted by City Council.
4. Why is the City paying for a councilperson Hibard to attend an OC Tax event for $100. This is a lobbyist group and does not benefit the City. Registration was paid for this event on 3/26 before the new Council travel policy adopted on 5/24.
Moving forward this will not be a covered event as outlined in the policy.
