1. CALL TO ORDER
The City Council met in Special Session for a Roundtable Workshop at 7:25 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2026, in the Council Chamber located at 3191 Katella Ave., Los Alamitos, CA 90720, Mayor Doby presiding.

City Clerk Quintanar opened Oral Communications. There being no one present wishing to speak, City Clerk Quintanar closed Oral Communications.
4. SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY
A. Commission Overview and Discussion
This report provided relevant information of the current City Commissions.
City Manager Simmons gave an overview of the City Commission. efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
The City Council:
1. Discussed the current composition and roles of the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Commission, Personnel Appeals Commission, Planning Commission, and Traffic Commission; and,
2. Provided direction to Staff as appropriate.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
