To Whom It May Concern: I am a resident at 51 Woods Lane at Toyon Farm in Los Altos and have been a resident here for over 15 years.
I bought my home as my sole investment to build equity over the years.
I selected this property for it's woodsy parkllike feel. If there were to be development at the end of Woods all of that appeal to my property and assets will be devalued which I've worked so hard on (remodeled twice) to keep up to ensure top property value. All of this will be taken away from me if there is development behind my house.
To have constant traffic up and down the road will bring a lot of noise nusance and will ruin the atmosphere here which I've enjoyed for all these years and will force me to have to move somewhere to enjoy the same level of quietude. And I'll probably lose a lot of my equity by selling with this pending development, no one will buy my unit, another problem it itself.
