CALL MEETING TO ORDER
At 5:32 p.m. Mayor Enander called the meeting to order.
ESTABLISH QUORUM
PRESENT: Council Members Fligor, Lee Eng, Weinberg, Vice Mayor Meadows and Mayor Enander
ABSENT: None
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. A. Conduct Interviews for Commission Vacancies
B. Council discussion of applicant pool, credentials and qualifications C. Council discussion of nomination/voting procedure for making appointments The Council conducted interviews of interested candidates.
2. Letter to County of Santa Clara regarding Stanford University Community Plan Update Atter Council discussion and following a motion by Council Member Fligor, seconded by Council Member Lee Eng, to approve and delegate authority to the Mayor to execute the letter and forward it on to the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors Planning Commission and also delegate authority to the Mayor to make changes that still fall within the intent of the letter before the Council passed with the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Fligor, Lee Eng, Weinberg, Vice Mayor Meadows, Mayor Enander
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Enander adjourned the meeting at 8:47 pm.
