CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Mayor Weinberg called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
ESTABLISH QUORUM:
All Councilmembers were present and in person during the meeting.
DISCUSSION ITEM(S)
1. Hold a Public Hearing and receive public input and a presentation from the City's consulting Demographer, Redistricting Partners, regarding the process and criteria for establishing boundaries for district elections of the City Council.
Kimon Manolius, Outside Counsel and Paul Mitchell, City Demographer, presented the report.
