CALL TO ORDER (5:00 P.M.)
1. ROLL CALL
Mayor Mok called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Rajiv Bhateja, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Jitze Couperus, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Duffy Price, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Lew Jamison, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Frank Lloyd, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Anand Ranganathan, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Birgitta Indaco, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Jim Lai, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.

Michelle Raffin, Los Altos Hills, spoke in support of appointing Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration of Appointment of Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
Mayor Mok introduced the item.
Council discussion ensued.
MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Council Member Swan moved to appoint Allan Epstein to the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee. The motion was seconded by Council Member Tankha.
MOTION PASSED 3-2:
AYES: Mok, Swan, Tankha
NOES: Schmidt, Tyson
ABSTAIN: None
RECUSE: None
ABSENT: None
Allan Epstein, Los Altos Hills, thanked everyone who came to support him and apologized to anyone who was troubled by his comments. He is happy to continue to serve on the Los Altos Hills Finance and Investment Committee.
4. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
