1. CALL TO ORDER (5:00 PM) Open Session
Mayor Mok called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
All Members of the City Council were present. Council Member George Tyson participated virtually from Hotel d’Europe, 12 Place Crillon, 84000, Avignon, France.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of the Special Meeting)
There were no Public Comments.
1. ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:03 PM to consider the following:
