Present: Mayor Stanley Q. Mok, Vice Mayor Lisa Schmidt, Council Member Linda Swan, Council Member George Tyson, Council Member Kavita Tankha
Absent: None
Staff: City Manager Peter Pirnejad, Deputy City Manager Cody Einfalt, and City Clerk Arika Birdsong-Miller
1. CALL TO ORDER (4:00 P.M.)
Mayor Mok called the meeting to order at 4 pm.
2. ROLL CALL – All City Council Members were present.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the subject of the Special Meeting)
There were no Public Comments.
4. ADJOURNED TO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
The City Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 4:01 pm to consider the following item:
A. CLOSED SESSION: Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Significant Exposure to Litigation pursuant to Government Code Section54956.9(d)(2): Two cases
