CALL TO ORDER (5:00 P.M.)
Vice Mayor Bhateja called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M.
1. ROLL CALL
Mayor Kavita Tankha, Vice Mayor Rajiv Bhateja, Council Member Stanley Mok, Council Member Linda Swan, and Council Member Tyson were present.
Mayor Kavita Tankha participated remotely from Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael Marin County, San Rafael Ballroom, 101 McInnis Pkwy, San Rafael, CA 94903.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT (Public Comment is Limited to Items which are the Subject of the Special Meeting)
There were no public comments.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:

Vice Mayor Bhateja adjourned the Special Meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 P.M.
