B. Certificate of Recognition - Los Banos Little League 12-Year-Olds All Stars, California District 73 Little League Champions.

7. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #234090 - #234253 in the Amount of $1,747,853.48.
Recommendation: Approve the check register as submitted.
B. Minutes for the July 6, 2022 City Council Meeting.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes as submitted.
C. Minutes for the July 11, 2022 Adjourned City Council Meeting.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes as submitted.
D. City Council Resolution No. 6529 - Reauthorizing Remote Teleconference Meetings of the Legislative Bodies of the City of Los Banos Pursuant to the Provisions of AB 361.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
E. City Council Resolution No. 6530 - Approving First Amendment to Compensation Agreement Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 341 BO(f) for Los Banos Successor Agency Transfer of Properties to City of Los Banos for Governmental Use and Future Redevelopment Activity.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
F. City Council Resolution No. 6531 - Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. for Engineering Services for the Pioneer Road Widening Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
8. COUNCIL MEMBER REQUEST REGARDING AN OVERVIEW OF THE LOS
BANOS DOWNTOWN PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (LBDPBID) FINANCIALS (COUNCIL MEMBER LEWIS).
Recommendation: Receive staff report and discussion regarding the findings.

9. CONSIDERATION OF THE LOS BANOS DOWNTOWN PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (LBDPBID) ANNUAL 2.5% INCREASE.

10. CONSIDERATION OF SELECTION OF AN EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM TO
ASSIST THE CITY COUNCIL IN THE RECRUITMENT OF A NEW CITY MANAGER.
