G. City Council Resolution No. 6544 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Budget by Increasing Appropriations in the Lighting and Landscape District #19 Fund in the Line Item 289-458-200-213 for Expenditures in the Amount of $27,000 for Water Usage.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
H. City Council Resolution No. 6545 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Budget by Increasing Appropriations in the Community Center Fee Fund 244- 410-100-753 for Expenditures in the Amount of $11,000 for the Purchase of a Compressor for the Grand Room Air Conditioning Unit in the Community Center.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
I. City Council Resolution No. 6546 - Authorizing the Award of the Construction Contract to McElvany Inc. in the Amount of $585,731.27 with a 10% Contingency in the Amount of $58,573 for the Construction of the Community Center Parking Lot Improvements Project.

J. City Council Resolution No. 6547 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Budget as it Pertains to Expenditures in the Park Maintenance Technical Services Account in the Amount of $8,950.

K. City Council Resolution No. 6548 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Budget by Increasing Appropriations in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund 206-410-100-753 for Expenditures in the Amount of $19,000 for the Purchase of Scoreboards at Colorado Ballpark.

L. City Council Resolution No. 6549 - Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Execute a Contract with AD ART, Inc. for the Construction and Installation of a New Digital Welcome Sign and Associated Infrastructure and Budget Amendment in the Amount of $64,973.

M. City Council Resolution No. 6550 - Authorizing Award of Construction contract to Mid Cal Pipeline & Utilities, Inc. in the Amount of $1,454,905 with a 10% Contingency in the Amount of $145,490 for the Fairgrounds Area Waterline.

0. City Council Resolution No. 6552 - Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Merced County Sheriff's Department for Inmate Transportation Services.

1) City Council Resolution No. 6555 - Finding the Proposed Project to be Categorically Exempt From the California Environmental Quality Act Pursuant to Section 15301, Existing Facilities and Approving Conditional Use Permit #2022-08 to Allow for the On-Sale of General Alcohol Under a Type 47 Alcohol License at 923 W. Pacheco Boulevard; More Specifically Identified as Assessor's Parcel Number: 431-020-002.
