8. First Quarter Investment Report for the 2022/2023 Fiscal Year.

C. City Council Resolution No. 6578 - Reauthorizing Remote Teleconference Meetings of the Legislative Bodies of the City of Los Banos Pursuant to the Provisions of AB 361.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
D. City Council Resolution No. 6579 - Approving Closure of Non-Essential City Offices on Friday, December 23, 2022 and Friday, December 30, 2022.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
E. City Council Resolution No. 6580 - Authorizing the Interim City Manager to Enter into the Eleventh Amendment to Landscape Maintenance Contract between the City of Los Banos and Ronnys Inc. through March 30, 2023.
