DOWNTOWN PROPERTY AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD (LBDPBID).
A. City Council Resolution No. 6605 - Appointing Council Member __ to Represent the City of Los Banos on the Los Banos Downtown Property and Business Improvement District (LBDPBID) Board.
Recommendation: Receive the staff report and adopt the resolution as submitted.
