C. City Council Resolution No. 6673 -Agreeing to the Cost Share for the SB244 Technical Analysis Portion of the Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Element.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
D. City Council Resolution No. 6674 - Rejecting All Bids for the Construction of the Downtown Gateway Sign.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
