4. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF AGENDA.
Recommendation: Adopt the agenda as submitted.
5. PRESENTATION.
A. Certificate of Recognition - Employee of the Month for December 2024 - Jennifer Loa, Homeless Outreach Coordinator / Community & Economic Development Department.
6. PUBLIC FORUM. (Members of the public may address the City Council Members on any item of public interest that is within the jurisdiction of the City Council; includes agenda and non-agenda items. No action will be taken on non-agenda items. Speakers are limited to a five (5) minute presentation. Detailed guidelines are posted on the Council Chamber informational table.)
7. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #249056 - #249355 in the Amount of $2,301,280.60.
Recommendation: Approve the check register as submitted.
B. Minutes for the December 18, 2024 City Council Meeting.
Recommendation: Approve the minutes as submitted.
8. CONSIDERATION OF NEXT STEPS IN FILLING THE LOS BANOS CITY COUNCIL MEMBER VACANCIES IN DISTRICTS 2 & 3.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and direction on how to proceed.
9. APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS TO THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION:
A. Planning Commission
One (1) Four (4) Year Term in District 1 - Expiring December 31, 2028.
Recommendation: Appoint commissioner to fill the vacancies.
