Subject: Food vendor
My name is Ninive Villagomez, and I am the owner of a local taco truck located next to city hall that serves our community. I want to share a little about our business and our intentions.
Our taco truck is more than just a food vendor, it represents a dream, a livelihood, and a way to contribute meaningfully to the community we love. As a small, family-run business, we are here to build relationships, not competition. We are not trying to take customers from anyone; instead, we aim to work in harmony with other local businesses. Our goal is to work in unity with other vendors and establishments, offering variety, convenience, and a cultural food experience to our diverse community.
Our truck primarily serves working locals during their lunch breaks, providing them with a welcoming space to enjoy a quick, affordable, and flavorful meal. For many, it’s not just food, it’s a moment of comfort and connection during a busy day. We’re proud to serve a wide range of customers and want everyone to feel welcome at our truck.
One important part of that experience is creating a space where people feel welcome. Having a few tables and chairs nearby allows our customers, many of whom are working locals on short lunch breaks to sit down, enjoy their meal, and take a much-needed moment of rest. It turns a quick food stop into a brief moment of comfort and connection. Without that seating, many are forced to eat standing up or in their vehicles, which can make the experience feel rushed and less enjoyable.
We believe these small touches; like seating, can make a big difference in creating a sense of community and hospitality.
Our goal is to make people feel at home, even if just for a few minutes during a busy day.
This business creates vital opportunities for me and my family, helping us build a better future while giving back to the city we care so much about. We hope to continue operating with the city’s support, in unity with others, and always with the goal of being a positive presence in our community. 2 Thank you for your time, your consideration, and for supporting small businesses like ours.
Thank you
