B. Proclamation Recognizing the Retirement of City of Los Banos Utilities Maintenance II Gregory Lever.

7. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #251448 - #251793 in the Amount of $2,519,504.23.

E. City Council Resolution No. 6930 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget by Increase Revenue and Expenditure for Retiree Health Infernal Service Fund Budget in the Amount of $323,418.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
F. City Council Resolution No. 6931 - Approving an Easement Deed from the City of Los Banos to PG&E Dedicating an Easement Approximately 179 Quarter Feet of Land at the Southeast Corner of Parcel C in the Subdivision The Villages V, Phase 3 and Authorizing the Public Works Director to Execute the Associated Documents.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
G. City Council Resolution No. 6932 - Accepting the Fire Department Mandated Inspection Report Pursuant to 13146.4 of the California Health and Safety Code.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
H. City Council Resolution No. 6933 - Approving Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Los Banos and the Grassland Water District Regarding Cooperative Efforts to Implement the Recharge Basin and Storm Water Capture Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
8. PRESENTATION REGARDING THE LOCAL AGING AND DISABILITYFRIENDLY ACTION PLAN - By Mike King from Pear Street Consulting.

A. Public Hearing - To Receive Information Regarding the Status of City Employee Job Vacancies to Comply with Assembly Bill 2561.
Recommendation: Receive staff report, open public hearing, receive public comment, and close the public hearing. Informational item only, no action to be taken.
10. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 6934- ACCEPTING THE 2023/2024 FISCAL YEAR AUDIT REPORTS CONSISTING OF
THE ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT, THE GOVERNMENT AUDITING STANDARDS REPORT, AND THE SINGLE AUDIT REPORT.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and adopt the resolution as submitted.
