8. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #252227 -#252620 in the Amount of $2,953,005.82.
Recommendation: Approve the check register as submitted.

C. City Council Resolution No. 6950 - Accepting the 2023/2024 Fiscal Year Audit Reports Independent Accountant's Report on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures Article XIIIB Appropriation Limits.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
D. City Council Resolution No. 6951 - Accepting the 2016-2017 Transportation Development Act Funds Financial Statement.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
E. City Council Resolution No. 6952 - Accepting the Independent Auditor's Report and Financial Statements for the Abandoned Vehicle Abatement Program for Fiscal Years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
F. City Council Resolution No. 6953 - Authorizing Entering into a Third Amendment to Lease Agreement Between the City of Los Banos and Marlene Pennington for Rental of the Ranchwood Park Facility for Two (2) Years at $2,500 a Month for Year 1 and $2,600 a Month for Year 2.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
G. City Council Resolution No. 6954 - Authorizing Award of Construction Contract to TBS Contractors in the Amount of $106,719.85 with a Contingency in the Amount of $10,671.98 for the Construction of the Flowmeter Replacement Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
H. City Council Resolution No. 6955 - Authorizing the Interim City Manager to File a Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) Exchange Program Fund Claim Form for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.

I. City Council Resolution No. 6956 - Accepting Public Improvements for All Off-Site Landscape Associated with Southpointe at Regency Park, Phases 8-

J. City Council Resolution No. 6957 - Accepting Public Improvements for All Off-Site Landscape Associated with Sunrise Ranch, Phases 1 and 2.
