Recommendation: Adopt the agenda as submitted.

6. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #253549 - #253743 in the Amount of $1,549,431.04.
Recommendation: Approve the check register as submitted B. City Council Resolution No. 6983 - Approving the Annual Local Transportation Fund (LTF) Claim to be Filed with the Merced County Association of Governments (MCAG) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
C. City Council Resolution No. 6984 - Authorizing and Ratifying the City's Participation in the Homeland Security Grant Program and Authorizing the City Manager on Behalf of the City of Los Banos to Enter into the Standard Grant Assurance Agreement with Cal-OES and a Subrecipient Agreement with the County of Merced.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
D. City Council Resolution No. 6985 - Approving and Electing to "Opt In" to the Purdue Settlement and Secondary Manufacturers' Settlement and Authorizing he City Manager to Execute Participation Agreements and Relater Documents Relatina to the National Opioids Settlements
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.

7. SAN LUIS RESERVOIR UPGRADE PRESENTATION - By Pablo Arroyave, Chief Operating Officer with the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority.
Recommendation: Informational item only, no action to be taken.

A. Public Hearing - To Receive Public Comment and Consideration of Proposed Amendments to the Mobile Food Vendor Ordinance (Article 36 of Title 9 Chapter 3 of the Los Banos Municipal Code).
1) Ordinance No. 1209 - Amending Article 36 of Title 9, Chapter 3 of the Los Banos Municipal Code Regarding Mobile Food Vending. (Second Reading & Adoption)
Recommendation: Receive staff report, open public hearing, close the public hearing, waive the second reading, and adopt the ordinance as submitted.
9. VINEYARD DRIVE/DOVE STREET AND STATE ROUTE 165 INTERSECTION CONTROL ALTERNATIVES.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and direction from the City Council on how to proceed.
10. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 6986 - APPOINTING A CITY MANAGER AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF THE LOS BANOS CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and adopt the resolution as submitted.
