7. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #255135 - #255328 in the Amount of $2,088,333.15.

A. Public Hearing - To Receive Public Comment and Consideration of Accepting the Development Impact Fee Report (AB 1600 Report) for Fiscal Years 2021 through 2025.
Recommendation: Receive the staff report, open the public hearing, close the public hearing, and accept the report as submitted.
9. APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE FOLLOWING COMMISSION:
A. Planning Commission
One (1) Unexpired Term in District 1 - Expiring December 31, 2028 Recommendation: Receive staff report and direction from the City Council on how to proceed.
10. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7034 - ADOPTING THE 2025 CITY OF LOS BANOS' EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN REVISION AND THE 2025 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS ANNEXES.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and adopt the resolution as submitted.
11. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7035 -
AUTHORIZING CITY CONTRIBUTIONS TO MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
MEMBERS, CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER HEAL TH AND WELFARE BENEFITS AND REIMBURSEMENTS.
Recommendation: Receive staff report and adopt the resolution as submitted.
12. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 7036 -
REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE CANAL TRAIL SOLAR LIGHTING PROJECT.
