10. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA. (Items on the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be voted on in one motion unless removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Council Member.) A. Check Register for #256051 – #256246 in the Amount of $1,890,015.26.

D. City Council Resolution No. 7046 – Authorizing the Los Banos Fire Department to Apply for the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Emergency Vehicle Replacement Grant Program for the Replacement of a Non-Carb Compliant Type-1 Fire Engine.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
E. City Council Resolution No. 7047 – Accepting the Transportation Development Act (TDA) Funds Financial Statement for the Years Ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 as Prepared by Price Paige & Company, Merced County Associations of Governments’ (MCAG) Auditors.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
F. City Council Resolution No. 7048 – Accepting the Transportation Development Act (TDA) Funds Financial Statement for the Years Ended June 30, 2024 and 2023 as Prepared by Price Paige & Company, Merced County Associations of Governments’ (MCAG) Auditors.

G. City Council Resolution No. 7049 – Terminating the Construction Contract with TBS Contractors for the Construction of the Flowmeter Replacement Project.
