Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
F. City Council Resolution No. 7087 – Accepting the Construction of Shaunessy Village Park as Complete and Authorizing the Filing of a Notice of Completion with the Merced County Recorder (Ronny’s Inc.).

G. City Council Resolution No. 7088 – Approving the Designation of the Director of Finance, Minerva (Minnie) Moreno as Acting City Manager During Periods of Temporary Absence or Disability of the City Manager, Consistent with Section 2-3.106 of the City Municipal Code.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
H. City Council Resolution No. 7089 – Authorizing Award of Construction Contract to Rolfe Construction, Inc. in the Amount of $1,584,994.00 with a 15% Contingency in the Amount of $237,750.00 for Fiscal Year 2026 Street Rehabilitation Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
I. City Council Resolution No. 7090 – Awarding the Construction Contract for the Water Meter Replacement Project to Ensure Utility Inc. dba Phoenix Water Solutions in the Amount of $35,270.00 with a 15% Contingency in the Amount of $5,290.50 and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Agreement and Issue the Notice of Award.
Recommendation: Adopt the resolution as submitted.
J. City Council Resolution No. 7091 – Accepting Public Improvements for Dove Hollow at Stonecreek, the Villages V Phase 3, Unit 4 (Anderson Homes).

B. (First Reading & Introduction) Recommendation: Receive staff report, open the public hearing, waive the first reading, and introduce the Ordinance as submitted.
