First, I would like to express how wonderful it has been to see our downtown thriving. It is encouraging to see so many people visiting our local businesses, dining in our restaurants, attending events, and spending time in our community. A vibrant downtown is something we all value and want to continue fostering.
As our downtown continues to grow and attract more visitors, ensuring that convenient parking remains available for customers becomes increasingly important. Many downtown businesses have adopted the practice of having owners and employees park behind their buildings or in nearby off-street areas when possible, helping preserve street parking for customers who are shopping, dining, and supporting our local businesses.
We are fortunate to have parking available behind our building, which is safe, easily accessible, and available for merchants and employees who may wish to utilize it. The easiest access to this parking area is from J Street, directly behind our block of downtown businesses. Encouraging the use of available off-street parking options can help ensure that our downtown remains welcoming and convenient for the customers whose support benefits all of our businesses.
