THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): One case (Facts and circumstances:
Letter from ACLU regarding Planning Commissioner censure) The Town Council reconvened in open session and Gabrielle Whelan, Town Attorney, stated the Town Council discussed item one and there was no reportable action.
