The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, to hold a Closed Session at 4:00 p.m.

THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation (Subdivision (a) of Government Code Section 54956.9)
Name of case: Steer v. Los Gatos et al, Case No. 22CV394907 The Town Council reconvened in open session and Gabrielle Whelan, Town Attorney, stated the Town Council discussed item one and there was no reportable action.
