The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person to hold a Closed Session.

Present: Mayor Matthew Hudes, Vice Mayor Rob Moore, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.

THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Government Code §54956.9(e)(1))
Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(e)(1): 1 case The Town Council reconvened in open session. There was no reportable action.
