Subject: Restoration Hardware Plant based Menu Items

Dear Town Council Members,
I am a long time resident of Los Gatos. I would like to submit feedback on Agenda Item #11, which is scheduled for discussion on Tuesday, October 7. My family and I would like to see Restoration Hardware include plant-based options on its menu. Many residents enjoy healthy, climate friendly plant based meals, and we would like the restaurants in town to reflect this.
The offering of plant-based menu options would be in line with the Town's Green Monday Resolution, and the Los Gatos General Plan 2040 (Section 8.12 Program CC), promoting plant-based eating in the town.
