The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person to hold a Closed Session.

1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (d)(2) of Government Code Section 54956.9: 1 case
2. EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Government Code Section 54957) Titles: Town Manager and Town Attorney
