*Not sure .. note .. jotting down things.. ? (Existing Litigation? ) um .. .. there is existing litigation matter .. filed in USDC Portland.. (Class Action) involves.. um .. what the newly elected Mayor stated .. “push for funding for the Los Gatos community garden” .. (Pinehurst/ Lynn Ave projects) .. but was dismissed .. appealed to 9th .. and now needs to probably be cleaned up and refilled.. um (good faith warning.. ) 1st .. um .. not sure where to start.. and given legal .. um .. the town can not afford current leadership (in my opinion) .. um Council member Mary Badame stated recently that the Town is only insured for $30 million.. um .. um .. till the middle of next year .. um

.. SCHOOL CHILDREN SAFETY.. (issues)
including now Mayor and Vice Mayor position and support for measure A .. (that I believe will be rescinded) um .. .. as stated to Mayor on 10/28/25 @ Town Policy Meeting .. 95% issue .. along with other issues .. 10/31/25 .. article.. um .. and “Door to Door” by now .. Mayor & Vice Mayor.. for Measure A .. which (I believe) the Town People will not like hearing 95% of people that get hurt in Los Gatos .. (children especially) get shipped to Country Hospitals.. um ..
Ongoing .. censorship issues.. is another .. um .. is existing? (I believe) as a class action lawsuit .. already provided one of the 9th Circuit case # .. others (not related to this town .. but government censorship..) Umm .. legal issues .. um .. but we should all be on the same side when it comes to the Antichrist faking his assassination attempt.. um.. as evidence would prove it … but we are not… due to legal issues Respectfully submitted
