To Whom It May Concern,
(Dear Clerk .. can you please word this in a way that .. um .. doesn’t make me out to be the bad guy.. I am not a public speaker or public writer.. and this is .. um .. jotted down.. )
I do not believe in good faith I can proceed or this “Town” can proceed or support.. Town Manager and Town Attorney.. as foreseeable lawsuits .. and bankruptcy for Town .. given this town is underinsured.. .. as 2 of town council was present when I was told by Town Manager that I can not donate to this town anymore.. flowers, candy - small gifts - or leave Flowers in the Lobby for the public to take on their way out.. um .. The Town Attorney.. Brown Act .. (I believe if truth came out) was to silence me from speaking out on .. um .. whatever subject matter that needs to be litigated in a Federal Court of Law .. (Such as the one … pointed out to then Mayor H. & Town Council B. regarding now Mayor M. and Vice Mayor R. .. newspaper article.. and statements as “figure heads” for this Town.. )
The Town Council take and the lack of legal and management to my good faith request last night to pull minutes or reconsider of phase 2 .. legal issues .. (possibly negligence being brought.. as a 5 story apartment building .. with .. on the record “ transparency issues.. parking issues.. safety issues.. um .. public notification issues, and not holding a schedule Town Hall meeting for the public to be able to come together .. and properly weigh in on, .. um .. and question to legal issues .. bait and switch .. people bought off or a 3 year old child being used .. in a one sided .. last minute meeting set .. when ?
Public was informed.. how?
Transparency needed .. how many documents did the public have to read and how much time .. ?? Legal issues .. in gaining less than 4% for .. in which 17% required.. for this apartment complex??
All fall on the Town Attorney- Town Manager.. Town Council..
THE ONLY PERSON WITH A HEAD ON THEIR SHOULDERS WAS MARY BADAME! SO .. I Oppose a positive review on job performance.. my honest opinion! Remember - ALL RIGHTS RESERVED ®© ..
