SUBJECT: Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Display of the Progress Pride Flag at Town Hall During the Month of June 2026
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the display of the Progress Pride Flag at Town Hall during the month of June 2026, consistent with the Town’s amended Flag Policy permitting commemorative flags when initiated and approved by the Town Council by resolution and constituting government speech.
REMARKS:

To Whom it May Concern,
I will be speaking on Item # 13 and I would like to use the big screen to display this “Live News” photo of today.. Friday the 13th of February.. as a backdrop to this agenda item that many people in this Town and across the Nation would like a say.
As such issue should be discussed by all who wish to have a say in such subject matter.
As I believe a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS NEEDED, given the current administrations (local and federal stance) and the known position of each Town Council member to such subject matter… As I believe that the majority of residents don’t want this .. but yet, this issue has now risen to such that .. that every .. um .. not sure how to word this .. should have weight so to speak.. on this issue at hand.
