[EXTERNAL SENDER]

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
RE: MINUTES
I attended Council Policy Committee meeting on 2/24/26. Spoke to the Topic, and listen in to comment being discussed as cost was a main issue, claiming too much work for clerks to do for the few people that take there time and come down and speak for 3 minutes.
3 members of the public spoke on 2/3/26 - and the 1 person for example the spoke on ICE concerns was a 92 year old man, been a resident here for 62 years and, I say; one should watch “3 minute video clip to this subject matter” seeking Town Council too ACT … for GOD SAKE!
As the Minutes do not accurately reflect this recorded record. “Burr Nissen
- Commented on concerns regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).” This is a crime for Town Council too attempt to limit even this down to a name or “THING” that spoke (speaking anonymously) .. on a concern in which cit citizens of a community come under attack or are placed in harms way, as 3 to 4 hours of staff time is used to try and capture the essence of a speaker like “Burr Nissan” ?
Is this statement justice, when compared to $147,060 for an assessment being done in this jame packed Town Hall Meeting that is forecasted .. hearing only consent items and if any verbal members of the public .. (other than the usual suspects) Karen? or Lee to chime in? Honestly how many people want to be reduced to this disheartened attention to public comment? This is a small town, and people talk! Let’s not lower ourselves to big city tactics of dealing with such … sorry, I need to rant .. um .. can we as a small town community come together on how we, as a civilized society in a cat and a hat town can .. um .. please .. I was a P.E. MAJOR, you can’t expect me to um .. communicate to opposing viewpoints like Governments who want to penny pinch to our 3 MINUTES!
I honestly did not like myself, seeing KAREN have to speak for me at the last meeting and about minutes, because .. um .. I was a Soccer Player .. the other kids or my mom would not let me play.. (more ranting) sorry ..
but yes, I, no we in the public believe videos and minutes are edited, and to ask a Town Attorney such question in the Public eye .. is not wise in my opinion.

ATTACHMENT 2
Please consider correction be made and, if necessary have pre-recorded.. to tone down Redrick.. as topics can, and do arise in which “Town Council” or “City Council” have to act accordingly.. with some transparency ..

Conclusion- as you are aware by now, ICE and Government abuse.. children safety is all are concerns, please prioritize- and do not censor/ edit/ or do things that .. um .. divide us apart as a small town atmosphere in this cat and a Hat Town.

Respectfully Submitted
