The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in person and via teleconference to hold a joint Study Session with the Finance Commission.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:03 P.M.

Present: Mayor Rob Moore, Vice Mayor Maria Ristow, Council Member Mary Badame, Council Member Rob Rennie, Council Member Matthew Hudes, Commissioner Linda Reiners, Commissioner Joseph Rodgers, Vice Chair Adam Fischer, and Chair Ashby Monk
Absent: Commissioner Phil Koen

MOTION: Motion by Council Member Hudes to have FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) for this meeting. Seconded by Council Member Rennie.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS
1. Receive Presentation on Potential Revenue Options and Provide Feedback.
Kristina Alfaro, Administrative Services Director, introduced the item and the consultants.
Wing-See Fox, consultant from UFI Financial Solutions, gave a presentation on Tax Revenue Analysis.
The Town Council and the Finance Commission asked questions.
Mayor Moore opened public comment.
